Robeson County Reading Council

How can we move forward with growth?  One of our biggest challenges is coverage in the Public Schools of Robeson County.  We've encountered a few roadblocks along the way and need to perhaps use some "out-of'-the-box" thinking about promoting the council and our mission.

What are some of your ideas on promotion? 

How can we move forward in the idea of getting a representative from every school in our council? 

Is this possible with the way things are, or do we need to look at some possible changes to accomodate that challenge?

Let's share and discuss ideas here and then perhaps some motions can be made at our meetings for implementing those ideas in the future.

I think one way to increase growth is our expansion into the digital world. More and more people are using it for communicating, and this will help us to reach more people quickly and easily.

I agree Tony.  I think if we'll continue to let people know who we are and what we're doing through as many ways as possible, then they will be more likely to consider joining us.
